Availability and Directions for Use

The dosage is four (4) capsules in the morning and four (4) capsules in the evening. It does not matter if the product is taken on an empty or full stomach. The product should be taken for three months and then a determination can be made on its continuance with a maintenance dosage of one (1) bottle every four (4) to six (6) months.
